The first rule of book club is do not talk about the book club
I expected to hear that in the post :<
Hail Hat!
Im a new poster here too. Two months I think, I don't know time is weird here. Other than common courtesy I haven't noticed any other rules.
To each his own I would say.
I have two metaphors I live by here at the moment.

1. When I jump out of the plane(post), be sure to remove my parachute first.

2. When I navigate the threads I keep the weight on the balls of my feet, knees slighty bent,
upper body upright, and remember to breath.

Some of your posts lately have been quite intellectually stimulating.   Please tell me, do you use khufu breathing, fire breathing, holothropic breathing or is it another method that you use before you post?

This inquisitive padawan would love to know...

Who needs parachutes?

There is only one way to breath and many misunderstandings of it.
Reverse breathing shakes up- will stir your genie in the gut talk to it bring it around . .Hara- diaphragm and finally chest very  pleasant breaths for me Always using my diaphragm for Kiais- folks make a mistake failing to learn to include your diaphragms power. All used to say I hit like a mule kicks-those were the days- however I can still deliver that punch  and I  still have great footwork thankfully, just counting my blessings --great site and people

the red book.

Look for the original version not the reader's edition, which lacks his illustrations.

I am only a reflection of yourself in the water.  ;D

How long did it take for you to change your breathing patterns?
Lucid dreams are interesting but I need to (re)learn how to start them on my command when I first go to sleep.

Has anyone read the "Dragons of Winter" series??

This preview for the 6th book of the series popped up when I was searching for something else.

I can already see many truths in this story just from these pages.

https://books.google.com/books/about/The_Dragons_of_Winter.html?id=sy2Vkpiv3t8C&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button#v=onepage&q&f=false

Description:
The Caretakers are at war. The Archipelago of Dreams has fallen to the Echthroi, and the link to the Summer Country has been lost. The Keep of Time must be rebuilt, and the secret lies somewhere in Deep Time at the beginnings of the World, when the Summer Country and the Archipelago were one and the same. Fortunately, there is still hope: the Grail child, Rose Dyson, and the new Cartographer Edmund McGee have learned how to map time, and through a precarious balance of travel to the past and the future, they have a chance of repairing the present.
Rife with allusions to history’s great literary figures and personalities, from Gilgamesh and Medea to Edgar Allan Poe and H.G. Wells, this absorbing adventure, the sixth in the Imaginarium Geographica series, leads its heroes to a land where all secrets may be found: Known at the beginning of time as the City of Jade, history came to call it Atlantis. And it is there that the Architect of the Keep may have trained the young angel who built the city—an angel named Samaranth.

Prosecution for  TREASON
Epidemics, Weather War, Mind Control, and  the Surrender of Sovereignty
by Mary Maxwell, Ph.D.

http://www.prosecutionfortreason.com/files/prosecution_for_treason__28book29_by_mary_maxwell_04162011%282%29_2.pdf

Quote
In the early Eighties, President Reagan, imitating Prime Minister
Margaret Thatcher in Britain, began to sell off the assets of
government. In the US this was given ideological cover of an
almost Jeffersonian flavor: “Make government smaller.” One way
to make government smaller, at least on the books, is to convert a
public service, such as prison management, to a private business.
There was also an alleged ‘ideological’ thrust toward deregulation:
“Stop burdening business with rules.” “We don’t need a watchdog.”
In the light of our new awareness, it appears that asset-stripping
is just one more part of the plan to bankrupt governments and
weaken societies
