At least that's what you are being led to think. This bs to make you afraid of opiates is called the "Lazarus party."

So get as high as you want and if you od, someone will hit you with narcan and bring you back. Problem is, people who use apparently know that narcan induces a precipitated withdrawal, which is a horrible experience and to be avoided.
