WE'er no longer trading
the last of OUR wits
for gold or bobbles,
buttons or bits.

Or cut out damsels
with faith untrue,
Dressed in distress,
but ambush you.

Pipers played out,
weary with brew
Fat ladies swill the
child in stew

WE're not in the marches
or under the bed,
or courts or barracks
those cronies stead

Neither light or shadow
living or dead
but last place you look
WE're in your head

You chose your fate
by armys trend
yet always time
for faiths amend

Fair is fair
and diligence due
one time out left
the baals with you

Outside and inside  mammons web,
we rise and fall we flow and ebb.

Coloring places and coloring faces,
Lines in blood, lines with traces.

We draw with care and scribble waste,
In time and space we feel misplaced.

Bloodline-Faultline Man-Earth know,
beyond these borders cannot grow.

When Bloodline's box the borders found,
when pressed and prod give no sound.

But music true these keys 'do' play,
To Ears not far not far away.

New frontiers approach their day,
when molds expand or fall away.

Thank you for the late night music @Possibles.

I did enjoy the Little Boxes song, but I was too amazed a little band could afford to create such an intricate set, instead of appreciating the song for what it is.

I could not sit through all of Desperado or Robot Heart.  The little girl is amazing but something was not quite there for me...
Robot Heart was fascinating to watch, but that tune!  ACK!   I lasted watching it for 5 minutes WITHOUT DRUGS.  That should be an achievement in itself right there.  ;D

But then you topped it off with the sweet flow of Rumi.  Ah...
you're forgiven for Robot Heart.  :D

Yea, a little laid back night music.
I figured the Burning Man vid would raise some eyebrows.
That's me without my parachute again.
Banzai!!

The VIDEO was fine (the bird suit was amazing!) it was just that endless tune :P

But you have to relax and be silly every now and then...

Enjoy your flight ;)

If you click on that 'Little Boxes' vid you can find a link to the 'making of' vid.
The musical instruments were made of cigar boxes too.

I find my behavior at the music thread very curious. In the past Ive been no friend of words or music. Seeing how those powerful hynotics have been used in a negative way to keep (the willing?) people asleep.

Here Ive been reaquainting myself with these tools and trying to explore the medicinal character of these magics.

It's been a place for me to express my respect and affection for the Yin too. And in doing so, somewhat air and heal the little bit of Yin in myself. Of all the tragedies Ive seen in the world (at least in the west), the fracture of the Yin with Yang in society has been the most troubling for me.

People have always told me I was a very colorful character. But really, I took myself way to seriously in my younger days. Ive learned to relax and laugh at myself the past 20 years or so. Thats when (for me) the real power started to flow, laughing at myself and laughing at monsters is real power.

One of the reasons I love Missoula is because there are so many colorful people here from all over the country. Many are very talented. But there are few personality cults and attitudes of 'us vs them' which abound in other places.

After moving here I declared Missoula the 'Land of the Misfit Toys'. Not broken, just misfit.
The live and let live character of interaction with our fellows is refreshing.

'Keep Missoula Weird' is a common theme around town. There are silly traditions everywhere
like Mailmen who where shorts all year around.

There are people of great passion here. But they tend not to want to color others with their own kinks or disiplines. Bounderies are respected.

There are real parallels with Missoula and this forum too. It's one reason I feel safe to
'listen to myself talk out loud' here. Its a place to confess and express.

I can tell (feel) the posters and lurkers here are very much alive. And therefore very much wounded. Carl Jung confessed that only the wounded could heal the wounded.

There is medical tecnhique called 'benign neglect' where allowing natural healing to take place in it's own way and time is allowed.

I see that here too. Sometimes it's enough to know we are not alone.

And Firefly, I know about the 'burning ears' message. Interesting that you know how to contact me like that. I wonder where and when you learned my name.

Not the right time to address that though. Maybe later, but 'I never played Fable' is he short answer.

When I watch the Chroma Key,
I ask what's me in what I see.
In the Dragons, in the Flagons,
Children's teacups, in red wagons.

When I feel the Chroma Wraith,
is aura true, with heart in faith?
Or myopic...through glass darkly
my demons eyes projecting starkly.

Spectacles testicles wallet and watch
are tools both True and Hades blotch
As truth is shown as all revealed
By hearts desire my fate is sealed.

When storming gates of secret lair
will foes be found or Brothers Fair.
Hostage Hero Villains three,
Or all in one in all in me.

Beautiful loving vibes from Brazil lightly retouched with some added percussions.
