Of course my 02 remains at 99 percent with HRV breathing WIM s breathing is really a cleansing breath . Used yearly by me it helps with the freezing weather in kan gieko practice .Still shrivels the sac. Hofs breath not really a good  long term practice . My advice try both get back to me . Try to get 6 breaths per minute , if my little niece can develop this and move my 200 some pounds off my balance you can as well. Sixes All
