Ethereal Necrosis:
I learned so much from here and continue to do so, from the key threads to something as simple as the four stages of competence that I got from Kevin Trudea, suggested from here, which I use in my life quite a lot now. For reference:
Unconscious incompetence.
Conscious incompetence.
Conscious competence.
Unconscious competence.
For me this place is actually quite a lot like a classroom. Nick and others, give their lessons in the form of questions in a way that forces you to walk down a path to find the answer and on that path, which splits into many others like a tree, I learn stuff. Often times, some of this stuff is completely unrelated to the topic at hand but actually fills in the pieces of missing knowledge on other topics.
Every day in situations I ask myself which of the four stages of competence applies to my situation and therefore if I should be focusing on speaking or listening (and even at the final stage one should always be learning too).
As for your comment about left brain causing the world to crumble, I would argue it's more a case of too much emotion and not enough logic causing this. There are far more people who's IQ is to the left of the bell curve, that are unable to think for themselves but hold positions of power and governance, than people to the right of the curve who are vilified and hold positions more suitable like businessmen and other positions where they think outside of the box.
We live in a clown world now where thick people who scream the loudest equal law and policy change.
Good post. I’ll take on the knowledge here and ponder. Thank you.
In reference to my left brain comment, those highest up the hierarchy appear to be like that. Lack any empathy or emotion, alas, left brain. I suppose that’s why they’re often regarded as psychopaths or sociopaths.
Yes, unchecked emotion seems to be the for the plebs. It pushed and utilised for division. We see this on the feminist/SJW side. The universities are a good breeding ground for this.
Initiating chaos I suppose. Seems at times pitting masculine v feminine against one another.
Mark Passio (I think is his name) has a good presentation on Natural Law and discusses the left/right brain dichotomy well.
I agreed with much of his observations.
Hope that clarified what I meant by that comment.
Working on that humility. 💪
I will advise you as I have everyone else never take the word of someone who self-identifies as a theistic Satanist seriously.
If they believe a title can be physically embodied and they have no place presenting information
Whilst I agree, mostly, he has supposedly renounced all ties to said titles. Make of this what you will. It’s all on face value and ultimately means nothing.
I try be open minded and discerning with the information I expose myself to.
Having said that, I try to focus on the content and not so much the vessel delivering said content, if it seems appropriate to do so.
Obviously, logic would dictate that the messenger does influence the validity of the content somewhat but there is still potential to pick out some small nuggets of knowledge in the sea of perversions.
This is where further research, resonance of material and thorough discernment helps with the process, for me anyways.
Thank you for the advice, NRG. To be honest, I don’t know what to believe anymore.
I know nothing and I know I know nothing.
