What's your daily practice when it comes to these things?
I find it best to start already while in bed immediately after waking up. Force a smile and start going into wim hof breaths. After 3 rounds go directly into a cold shower. After this practice different breathing techniques and quiet your mind and focus on your current main goal at the moment and see it's achievement in your mind. I like to play some uplifting music that makes me happy after this to stay in a high energy mood.
When walking I do the 'imagine a cord at the top of ur head pulling you up" and I have noticed I get a lot more looks from women since I started this lol. And I can feel more confident and more of a bounce in my step. I combine this with looking at things in the distance in the horizon. "Seeing the bigger picture". I combine this with looking at the faces of passerbys and smiling and nodding my head if I catch eye-contact with them, though sometimes when I feel more reserved I'll look more at the surroundings then the people. I keep my mouth closed and breathe with the nose, being aware of anytime my mouth is open i close it and retuck my tongue up in the roof of my mouth and keep proper posture visualising the force of my tongue pressing my head up at the same time as the cord pulls my whole head and neck upright.
I break my fast with a morning shake(everything organic/biodynamic, free-range/grass-fed):
raw milk, 5 raw eggs, steel cut oats, 6 tb spoons of raw cacao nibs, 3 tb spoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, 5-6 drops iodine, 1 banana, a handful of frozen wild berries, some nuts, creatine powder, virgin olive oil.
I feel there's so many things that I could do towards this but I keep sabotaging myself and find it hard to get all these new habits and do it all consistently. But it seems to help to focus on one thing at the time.

view everything u engage in as a muscle
anything can go "too far"
rotate and give breaks
to create anything. you need the ground, and a fundament to build it
fitness is earth, master it, fire will be sparked with the willpower to fitness, air will flow better in your body, water will be cleaner, more efficient, have more volume to reside in, more conductivity, think macrocosmic and microcosmic.
