it would be a seat with trait of conferring to whomever should possess it, a sense of ascension to the level of Creator, so how about a general a.i. as the seat and the person in possession of this globally linked faculty of perception would be whoever transfer consciousness into it?  kinda making some logical leaps in arriving at that but feels like an example of hubris at-hand waiting to happen.

also built on false god methinks but same kind of idea as they are telling the world their version of things.

im pretty sure tge tower of babel was a false version of god too.
