So after a unique experience in a life brimming with experiences 8 out of 10 never imagine never mind live, I've been debating what 8f anything at all and how to relay the message.

Let me.be plain Gabby wasn't bringing good news. Meiosis in the macro.. brought on by just so many things. Were not quite at dr strange holding up 1 finger , but maybe 2 or 3..

If not the lion the wolf? Though weary we stand firm.

Maybe closer to the "archangel" gabriel  that heralds news from on high.... or something in that proximity.

Bingo, though not likely THE Gabriel but a proximal entity

Still a shadow of hope on the hill.

Synchronicities abound in my sphere the last week or so, and this post being one of them. This is something to note, i am sure of it.

Well! They never mentioned communion requires counseling eh??

Whatever your new burdens I hope you aren’t alone to review, formulate, execute. Too often I allow my urgency to hide beneath sugar coatings or a fool’s veil; courtesy or cowardice? Naivety I think, and worst of all doubt. Yet I’d have no tools to assess myself or circumstance, and truly no functions charted out, if I hadn’t willfully blundered through and refined the marinade.

on macro meiosis,  a question by way of a metaphor: if humans were a repository of code, then pretty soon should we be expecting several groups to fork off the primary line (i.e.  bunker dwellers forking away from surface walkers  when left alone for generations)?  or is this somehow not about our vehicles, but rather meiosis regarding our true state?

thanks for that. I did check the etymology, and thought they may be what you meant, but heretofore only seen it used in the cellular sense

Ty, it was born of desperation. Actually it was February when the tide shifted.. if I wasn't cut off from deep euro pockets this would all be a bad memory. I'll figure something out though,  I always do

The compass points to true north. While the winds blow at gale force, the sails take you to the promised land.
on board with that. Got introed to a krav specialist  this weekend. I liked it. Down and dirty moves
ala a Fairborn/ Sykes  ? extension . Street fighting, now I know why you like it so much effective.
Sixes. Mr Grass Is Green  & thanks

One of the reasons Russia is constantly demonized in the West is because in the 1980s especially, trainers of the nationally sponsored elite sambo team were using ancient knowledge of human health to inform their research, and the results were men in their 70s dominating opponents half their age on the mat. Rocky 4 hints at this, except in reality it would have been the Russian in the snow carrying a 100-lb log.

yup, 8n support of grass' point when I got into kettlebells I happened across a book on technique authored by a russian old enough to remember when the curtain fell and prior.  one of his main points in the work was that behind the iron curtain kinesthetics, fitness, nutrition etc... went in a completely different direction than here in the NATO states.  for instance, the spectrum of transitory movements done with a k.b. and their benefits on various systems.  another was that, here and until relatively recently, cardio and muscle work were divorced from one another a priori (I say relatively recently, but not an expert in this area by any means. i am thinking crossfit and the likes of interval training)(additionally muscle work is usually segmented according to body area to prevent overexertion)  over there, they got a bit creative and developed at least a handful of motions that could be done in short time span with only 1 item, and done correctly,  the subject is working cardio, legs,  back shoulder and core
