so from a business management perspective that i think can be /should be apllied in all walks of life, a person needs to apply the correct strategey to the correct situation.

fear and love as adreesed here and i have defined as Makevelian needs may exist as two extremes on a spectrum but they are still only two aspects of a whole bunch of needs and motivational theories in general.

to effectively lead or manage a competent person knows when to apply these.

This is at the end of the day what you will find at the end of a good course in what is called Organizational Behavior.  You are taught all the theories and styles and then by studying case studies you sort of realize and it is taught that every situation reaquires its own analysis and tools.

always using fear is like saying every problem is a nail and i have my trusty hammer.

The truth is more nuanced and its important to realize that not all problems are nails and therefore in order to efdectively solve the managerial or motivational problems its helpfil to have an assortment of tools.

Is it really better to be feared than loved? Can you be respected if someone loves you and vice versa?

Fear works due to self-preservation, which works due to illusion of separation. It works until those that fear you are either asked to sacrifice themselves for you, or there is something else that inspires more fear.

Love can work past that point, until those that love you willingly transcend human programming.

People are willing to die for their families for the love of their families, not for the fear of harm coming to their family.

Dying is easy. Few are willing to LIVE for their families

VERY few.

My child would not be at the level they're at age wise if they did not have the love that's around, and awareness to fear that they see.  If all they had was fear without the ability to discern, they would be held back and hold those around them back.  Why do child actors look five in the face at 35?  Love doesn't hold you back, fear does.  I want my child to bring those around them up and not drag them down into the fear abyss that drags all of us little King Arthurs down.

"Ashor was told that, as he was no longer part of the system, his actions no longer mattered for the world. Should he do good deeds, other would do bad deeds and the universal balance would remain unchanged. Should he do bad deeds, others would do good deeds and, again, the balance of the universe would remain the same.

According to legend, Il Separatio disappeared once he finished his explanation, while the knight Ashor still lives among humans today. It is said that he had chosen to do good deeds as a black knight, even though his actions no longer mattered for the world."

Ashor the Immortal.  Meg from A Wrinkle In Time who defeats The Black Thing with Love for her brother also comes to mind.

LIVE as in upgrading the bus you’re currently driving for your “family”

What is your "family" (and "relatives") really if our time at the wheel is our chance to improve the bloodline we incarnate into?

Live as in making your actions a direct manifestation of your will

"There is nothing new under the Sun". There is nothing new under the Sun. What does that appear to imply? Maybe the Sun has seen all things before they manifested on Earth (below the Sun) so it can never be truly 'new' at least not in the typical sense.

anything that you can imagine has already been imagined before

Could say every thing, possibility, idea/thought exists in that quantum state outside of the “matrix”.  Has everything imagined been manifested? I’d guess not, then again there is only one world divided infinetly by perception..

that could be one way to understand this mystery.

i typically think of it as basically reminding us that all the situations and technology we see now has existed on this earth before.

certainly with the cognizence that past present and future are concurrent then what you say is a good point.

"Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will/can never hurt me". Thinking about that with what we know about magic, that seems like some very dangerous programming. It's either dangerous programming to keep someone ignorant or its a spell to protect said person.

But what is belief when its facing certainty?
