Anyone down for a challange? Know your ledge/limits? Grow physically and spiritually? Let's combine our thoughts and give suggestions to make a month long challenge for ourselves. If no one partakes, I'll just use this to write down my results.

Some ideas:

Wim Hof + Cold shower everyday
Khufu 20 min everyday
Tibetan Five Rites
Exircise/stretches
5hr sleep a day
No Fap
One meal a day (only natural, no processed food)
Supplements (Vit D 10k IU, Zinc picolinate, Iodine, Fish oil) Please write down your suggestions
Read a book for at least an hour a day
Be in control/aware of your thoughts 24/7
Pick a mudra to hold for a week at a time
Spend a an hour or two outside everyday

from watchers:
Pick a night and stay up as late as possible and when you decide you can't go on, go lay down, close your eyes and observe your thoughts.

Admiral Warrior  ! Gaining control of your CNS does require some fortitude and fighting every step of the way well worth it .Using your Aortic pump moving the blood wherever it is needed helps most definitely and being able to activate your Cranial Sacral Pump can you say Super Powers in fighting well it will seem like it anyway

I like to do a 24 hour fast min once a week, longer if I can.

Get a heavy kettlebell, do 100 kettlebell swings, 100 kettlebell squats, and 10 turkish getups per day (not all at once if needed, 16kg min weight for men, 12kg for women).

Personally I hate exercise so I take a big stim stack in the morning whilst fasted and smash out my kettlebells for the day in one go, then have a cold shower. This has benefitted me so much in life.

I'd suggest starting small. Mindfulness is a deeply underrated practice.

Make.one thing your most dominant thought. Than as events unfold to being it closer simply he aware of the causal chain

I like to fast as well from time to time, adding that to the list, getting a kettlebell first thing tomorrow. Thanks.

You've got some great suggestions, I really need to stop being a bitch about cold showers.

Here's a few more:
40 mins of meditation of day (20 morning/20 night)
50 push-ups every day 6 times a week
Yoga (I do it for abs)
24 hr fast on Sundays has been great too
For supplements Vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium, Chlorella, and flax seed oil
Try eating a nutritionally rich and plant based, or at least predominantly so, diet for a month and see how you feel.
This is basic, but clean water is now more important than ever

A lot of us likely have plenty of free time as a result of Corona (thank you CCP & TPTB) so its important to keep ourselves disciplined and productive, after all, idle hands are the devil's play things, especially if this quarantine situation is likely going to last longer than of us would like.

Day 1:
5h sleep on ground, Tibetan five rites, khufu breathing, guided mindfulness meditation, started to read mein kampf while listening to 5th symphony and fell asleep for an hour. Quick to have to dreams.
was trying to be mindful of not letting my temper run wild, to be peaceful at high stress situations.
then exercise + wim hof + cold shower after work. Day npt over so will dedicate evening to mindfulness meditations and reading.

Very hard to maintain mindfulness.. Gotta practice more. Second hardest is not to move back into bed after waking up on the ground.

Day 3, very low nrg and drained feelings after waking up. Much will needed to maintain consistency with these practices. No giving up anymore. Sweet whispers in my ear from the Fuhrer keep me going.

always got to be in motion (either mind or body), have to be doing something in order not to fall for (((tricks))). When you're not mindful, that's the state when you're easily messed with (by ego or entitayys). I noticed when you're not using your own will to think, shit thoughts appear. not easy this loneliness, but it does not matter, only growth does..!
