Imagine everyone around you is terrified. Let's say its a swarm of giant insects killing people everywhere. Now you know how to kill the bugs, better yet you've found the nest. These bugs aren't regular bug tough.. they have the ability to immediately assess your weak point and exploit it, rendering you a non threat.
So long ago some people who studied history realized these bugs hunt in patterns.. they predicted roughly when and how they would strike. So who kills the bugs? You need hard targets. People that can't have pressure applied to them.
If you can't find good help you train it..
Still they saved me from modern era m.k. so I can't complain
Now these bugs can also hypnotise the masses, so everyone you're trying to save , sans a very small number are actively trying to turn you in...

Those of you who have stepped up for me, truly thank you. You can prepare for something for a lifetime but when the time comes you aren't ready. Still time to nut up... when I'm reconnected with my people you will all be remembered, venerated and "recognized"
