She's proud to call herself a feminist, but we all know she's a witch.

If you want to take it I suggest nootropicdepot's enteric version, there's a lot of fakes on the market. you know if you get a genuine one, I had to stop using caffeine as caffeine + nmn is too over stimulant. NAD+ makes you feel young again, when you didn't need caffeine to wake you up, because when you're young you have full nad+ stores.
I don't take it to live longer, rather to live maximally whilst I am still alive.

I read that too a while back; they transfer consciousness via rem sleep, so cloned people no longer sleep, which has disastrous effect on the body, cloned or otherwise.  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

You can just take Niacin 500mg-1000mg as the body breakdowns/converts Niacin into the metabolically active form, the coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD). However, it needs to be the real deal though, and NOT the "non-flush" Niacin though. The no-flush Niacin doesn't produce the same effect. I found the company Rugby makes some of the best and most potent Niacin available. It's the only brand of Niacin I buy.

Niacin is a wonderful supplement that has helped me with my energy levels and ADHD/focus. I'm actually getting ready to try a protocol now that involves using 10:1 oil of oregano capsule, a teaspoon of Black Seed Oil, 1000mg of NAC and 500mg of Niacin a day for an antifungal and antiparasitic toxin flush.

Very true about Niacin but high daily dosages like that can damage the liver, also the flush is a bit annoying itself, but other than those downsides, it's a much cheaper way to get your NAD+ levels back to optimum.

I would add wormwood to that flush for antiparasitic use. I take Berberine for the same reason.

Niacin and the old liver damage adage is a catch 22. Every pill/oral supplement can damage both your liver and kidneys if abused- even the supplements you are taking NAD+ etc. Vitamin D can cause kidney problems in high doses. The reason being is that it all has to be filtered by the liver and excreted through the kidneys.

The benefits of Niacin outweigh the risk and can actually protect the liver as Niacin inhibits fatty acid flux from adipose tissue to the liver, which in turn reduces hepatic triglyceride synthesis and increases hepatic lipid oxidation. Meaning it reduces liver fat and the chance of having a fatty liver or Non-Alcoholic SteatoHepatitis (NASH)-which I have seen a lot of lately in the clinical setting due to Americans' atrocious diet and sedentary lifestyles.

Now I can't speak for everyone, but your body becomes used to the Niacin flush after a week or 2 and it's no longer noticeable- at least for me it isn't. I obviously believe tolerance plays a part in this,  but I also think that the gradual flushing from Niacin diminishes over time because there is a cumulative reduction of toxins being released from your tissues over time as continued Niacin therapy clears out all the stored toxins that were once held within the fats of the liver and other tissues. This is why there is a Toxin flush protocol with Niacin as well which I've forgotten over the years, but you take Niacin and then 40 minutes later you take an activated charcoal capsule and then engage in rigorous exercise or go into a heated spa to induce a sweat.

Niacin is truly a wonder drug. I think I also read somewhere years ago that when they gave it to rats or mice it increased their lifespan by 2.3 years- which is a lot in rats and mice considering they don't live that long, to begin with...

Thank you, I will buy some and alternate it, NMN is expensive (around $2 a day) so will save some $$$ that way.

Now just to find flushing Niacin in the UK... it's all nonflush tripe from what I can see.

Actually now that I think of it... A ton had this. Especially in the last couple years. It's like everyone on tv lost a shit ton of weight and looks gaunt. Just saw Wesley snipes picture from the Oscars. Also Paul giamatti. Another weird thing was that whole time during the first year of 2020/covid where the celebs were acting strange and streaming from their homes. Now things are supposedly back to normal. No more David spade nervously asking if Tom Hanks had checked in and weird Ellen DeGeneres. The fact this was so big online (everyone seemed to tell something was up) and then disappeared is so strange to me. No emperor's have any cloths any more. Cock and balls out in our faces. And people just keep on keeping on.
