Thousands of men and women gave literally everything to give you all a brief window to rewrite the system,to alter the course of history.  And what did you do? You watched controlled oppo social media personalities and stuffed their coffers, in turn funding your enemy. You ignored the few fighting on your behalf convincing yourself by merely reading words and pondering their meaning you were actually doing something.

"Where are the good guys" "why don't they help" I fought with many just to post odd secret info nevermind escalate to direct intervention and to be fair they told me this would happen. I believed in you all, it is my own fault.

To the one single person that understands gratitude thank you. Everyone clamors about their rights but with rights come responsibility, not a popular take I know but true non the less. That which you are unwilling or unable to do for yourself can be outsourced it cannot be free ridden.

Generally you have to give a jumping off point and perhaps some enticing information  for example the karnEvil Cult. Not Bethesda I know but that was a fun dig

Why will these things happen?

I believe your words but I want to know WHY.

What benefit do thry gain by killing off most of the population or enslaving and/or torturing us all?

A good friend of mine pointed out a similarity between the Iliad and the story of the fall of Anglo-Saxon England and now I can't stop seeing similarities. Never seen such connections drawn out before, methinks my friend may have opened a new field of study.

On a related note William of Poitiers cited the Iliad extensively alongside other classical works in his telling of the Conquest. He described Duke William's fleet as being larger than that of Agamemnon and likened Harold Godwinson to Hector.
