by just "holding the Ball" sitting down extending arms outstretched elbows bent palms facing mind between those arms noting any phuking  feelings ! I do a lot of dantian work someone once told me my three had merged and I had "inner thunder" but I took that with a pinch of salt.

I do however feel energy inside but it's not localized I can't feel the three dantiens seperately nor can I feel any chakras, but more like my entire body is a resevoir.

So when I meditate I let it build then move it up with the idea of turning it from jing to qi to shen as it moves up. I also do something where on some breathes you exhale less than you inhale which is supposed to make this more efficient but not too often as it can rupture the ldt.

Now where does the reservoir fill from?? Tippy top center of head and soles of feet.  Plant bare feet in ground, stretch hands up to sky palms up. Visualize simultaneously energy beaming down through top of head and being expelled through soles into earth.
