That was really great thank you ff !!!!
Yes our little firefly is correct the heart emits a strong field that can be felt and NRG can be redirected into your Heart  from your mitts as well. In Yiquan the founder declared "all sorts of strengths originate in the void and nothingness which can only be felt gradually by the tiny corners and edges of the body" ! As I mentioned our little teen when she feels the Earth can move me .and has knocked me down couple times lol Does take time to develop tho but amazing power .Thanks Stay Safe All

Disagree here. Vit D is questionable/controversial (and can cause major tissue calcification issues if you're lacking certain vitamins and minerals and don't solve underlying issues - not to mention the kind you supplement with is NOT the active form you make that's most helpful). Many people are notably deficient in magnesium and vitamin k (virtually everyone is deficient).

b12 is tricky and might be okay for some people, some forms for some people can cause major problems, generally the methylated versions seem to work best for most.

Iron is absolutely something you should never supplement. Anemia is primarily caused by issues with metabolism, D&A levels, and copper metabolism. Eating a piece of liver is going to be one of your best bets for both b-vitamins as well as all of the co-factors you need for their proper use. The history on iron fortification is interesting here, this along with the PUFA/seed/vegetable oil industry is the cause of most of our health issues. They started supplementing iron filings in cereals and grains/flours around the turn of the 20th century to "solve anemia" and when it didn't work - they kept updating the guidelines... 9x. Today's fortified grains and many processed foods have an insane amount of non heme iron (effectively iron filings) which the body can not use, and has major difficulty dealing with (storing it in tissues, cells, etc.).

Omega 3 should also never be supplemented (everyone on a standard american diet gets 10x+ the amount of "EFAs" they need) - really you need 0 EFA. It's a multi-billion dollar industry for a reason (it's killing people). PUFAs (of which omega 3 is one) oxidize around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, obviously our bodies are much higher - it causes a host of problems.

Frank Kumerow (who recently passed away) did a ton of research on fats (and single-highhandedly got trans fats banned) and when told that the fish oil industry was a multi-billion dollar supplement industry he was shocked.

Moderation perhaps. Too much caffeine damages the adrenal glands, and when taken without water and minerals its acidity sours the bloodstream. Like melatonin supplements halting natural production, habitual caffeine sabotages the HPA axis.

It's contextual. Coffee (in general) and caffeine more specifically have been shown to have both extremely positive and extremely negative effects.

Personally I'll never supplement with pure caffeine again, even in moderate doses.

It seems most people are undernourished and in a chronic stressed state. Throwing coffee or caffeine on top of that will be a problem. Coffee however after a large meal or in the morning with lots of milk and sugar can be extremely energizing and won't push things too hard.

i would say that coffee is good but the additives can be bad.

if i added thd amount of sugar i like to cofee it would be bad eventually.

akso the milk added can cause kidney dtines

i have been using oat milk as an alternative.

i also do not recommend getting dependent on caffine.

tapering off caffine at least once a year is good imo

so i would say that supplements are a double edged sword in general.

if we take food soluble based supplements its better for us because our bodies need to remember how to process nutrients from food.

that being said a person should actually be aware of what they are doing and such to make certain to have the needed nutrients

i wirk in a steel mill and i inhale enought iron  for dv.

i have no problem getting iron.

some people have problems getting iron even when its available due to drinking too much black tea or other inhibitors.

B12 means eat meat basically.

i say if you want fish oil eat fish.

cod liver oil has vitamin d.

the oil protein diet by laura budwig will inlick the power of the sun

but i recommend hemp seed oil both for flavor and oil benefit

"Journalist and author James Nestor is our guest this week. His book is Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art and he wants to help you breathe better. Specifically, he wants you to breathe through your nose more. Sleep apnea, fatigue, clogged sinuses — many times, these issues arise because too often, you’re breathing through your mouth. And get this: our ancestors? They didn’t have these problems. They used their noses to breath. By the end of the hour, you’ll be hunting for surgical tape to keep your mouth closed when you go to bed. Really."

theres a reason for everything,

if you decide to make it so.

My water oump went on my car on Saturday and i was unabld to fix my Jeep to road worthiness so to the bike mobile i ride.

i am actually happy to get the extra exercise.

today it was drizzling. at least not raining.

and it only got down to about 50 F instead of 33 F like they predicted so it wasnt bad.

I am happy to post about it so i can tell you what i know about staying dry in inclement weather.

in any outdoor situation actually.

its the first rule.

stay dry.

wearing wool or polyestyr clothing in layers will help.

these materials wick the water away from the body.

you could also be sweating and these materials will wick that water away too.

its actually very important espeacially in freezing weather.

winter is coming.

cotton soaks and in the cold the risk of hyperthermia will increase espeacially if you are ynable to get to a safe warm shelter to dry out.

im not saying wool and polyester will make you impervious to cold wet weather.

i am saying it will buy you a little more time and comfort.

One way to prove the food combine is to overplay a bad combination.

like french toast grilled cheese covered in syrup

or mac n cheese (real made with a rue) and meatballs.

These are just barely over the edge.

When it is just a little too complicated people know it.

even the most fervent food combining denier knows they have limits.
