Also available in stores online store bought  lasts 6 months .Along w/Aloe Vera will normalize your sugar either high or low teaspoon once day put in carbonated drink works best is what has worked for friends family .Chlorophyll balances sugar prevents Pancreas ( a still) from mfg to much or to little .Already on insulin you are phuked  case closed .
