Tesla carved his day up into 3 hour blocks and did only one thing for those 3 hours.
8 to 11 breakfast nees etc...
11 to 1 work on advancing mankind lol
Etcetera
Including sleep.
He never slept for more than 3 hours at a time apparently. He also apparently had a machine that assisted in him doing so, something that energized him and allowed him to skip food and sleep for extended lengths of time.
Apparently Da Vinci slept only 20 minuets for every 4 hours we was awake. Is there any truth to that? The consistency across the board of high achievers seems to be a lack of sleep.
Some may think it's nothing more than 'just not sleeping' but when (and if) one considers that you have intense 'visions' and 'hallucinations' (for the lack of a better term) while sleep deprived, then I think it makes sense.
This is also interesting. I can say that when I've stayed up for long periods, I did feel 'different'. Maybe my 'true self' surfacing?
There's a reason people feel groggy after long sleep hours. Most likely it's not helping at all but as we have discussed before, the quality/state your in while sleeping beats how long you sleep.
It would seem 'Sleep is the cousin of Death' for a reason.
